Refund policy

CVK Gemhouse wants every aspect of your purchase experience to be enjoyable. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us by email at cvkgemhouse@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase, and we will respond within 3 business days.

 

Please note that any product purchased on our website cannot be canceled once payment has been processed. Nonetheless, we offer a clear and straightforward Return and Replacement Policy.

 

To be eligible for our Return and Replacement Policy, the item(s) must be in its original, unused condition. Our team at CVK Gemhouse will inspect and check the items before processing any returns or replacements. Damages due to neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our policy. Additionally, the product should be accompanied by the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

 

If you notice any manufacturing defects or receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us on the same day. Once we receive your return request, we will evaluate it and proceed with the return and exchange process only if approved. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

 

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. At CVK Gemhouse, we reserve the right to approve or reject any requests for returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or cancellations.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a loose gemstone from CVK Gemhouse, you may return the gemstone within 3 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the gemstone. Note that shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable. Customized orders for gemstones cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Return Policy for Jewellery Products, Collectibles & High-End Section

CVK Gemhouse does not offer returns for money on items under the "Rings, Necklace, Bracelets, Earrings, High End & Collectibles" section. However, you can request a store credit worth 75% of your invoice value for future purchases on our website. You may place a return request within 3 days of delivery to receive this credit. If you do request a product return under this section, CVK Gemhouse reserves the right to deduct 25% of the making charges.

 

 

Important Notes

Please note that shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered along with the gemstone will not be refunded in the return payment. Returns take 7-15 business days to process from the date the product is received at our address. It is also important to note that refunds in any other cases except for loose gemstones are not accepted. Kothari Jewellery is not responsible for any parcel lost, damaged, or stolen while being returned by the customer.

CVK Gemhouse is not responsible for any damage caused by any third party or the buyer itself and is not accountable for any returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges in this regard.

Things to Take Care of While Returning

If you are returning or replacing a product, please take the following steps:

  • Contact Customer Support for Return Authorization.
  • Keep all original objects that accompanied the product, such as the original product certificate and original/copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
  • Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share it with us.
