Global Shipping Reach

CVK Gemhouse, a brand from Kothari Jewellery, ships its products worldwide, ensuring that customers from all corners of the globe can enjoy their stunning collections.

Expected Delivery Timeframe

Our orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. You can expect your customized CVK Gemhouse piece to reach you within 15-25 days of placing an order. As a small team working hard to deliver quality, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

CVK Gemhouse by KOTHARI JEWELLERY is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. We are unable to refund shipping fees once the package has shipped, as payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is held at customs in your country, you are responsible for contacting your local post office and retrieving the package on your own. We do not give refunds for items held in customs. Only after the package is released and sent back to our fulfillment center will a refund be made. This process could take 3-4 weeks from the date the package arrived in your country.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at cvkgemhouse@gmail.com. We promise to get back to you within 2 business days.

CVK Gemhouse by KOTHARI JEWELLERY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they fail to deliver your parcel to the address provided, the parcel will most likely be moved to your nearest post office. You will then be responsible for picking it up within 5 working days, otherwise, you risk your package being sent back to our fulfillment center. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges.

 

Track Your Shipment Progress

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. This will include the carrier, tracking number, and a link to their website where you can track your package.

 

By using the tracking information provided, you can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. This will give you peace of mind and help you plan accordingly for when your package will arrive.

 

 

Costs and Fees for Shipping

We offer free shipping on all jewelry products and a standard shipping rate of INR Rs 1400 on selected gemstones. Please note that there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list, in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case-to-case basis. We do not provide Cash on Delivery.

 

Important Shipping Information and Notes

• Public holidays and weekends will not be considered regular business days with respect to estimated delivery lead time.
• When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of the Order by email.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information related to the delivery of goods.
• Each delivery package will contain your purchased CVK Gemhouse by KOTHARI JEWELLERY product and all related accessories, if any.
• CVK Gemhouse by Kothari Jewellery insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
• We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each CVK Gemhouse by KOTHARI JEWELLERY product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
• We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewelry to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process.
